Our Story

   We're Ste and Jensen, a couple who've worked in the service industry our whole lives and are obsessed with food. Who doesn't love a dumpling, we thought! And thus started our journey into making, wrapping and producing dumplings.

As well as local artisan markets, brewery pop ups and restaurant takeovers, we also offer catering for parties and private events.

Menu

Dumplings

Served in portions of 4 with a sweet pickled veg garnish

Pork and Cabbage

The classic, OG Chinese dumpling. Packed with pork and cabbage. Dressed in a sweet soy.

Black Pepper Pork

The OG elevated. Our favourite, pork and cabbage with bags of black pepper. Dressed in our black pepper sauce

Pork and Kimchi

A favourite back from our gazebo days doing pop ups! That classic kimchi taste inside a delicious pork dumpling served with a sweet and spicy gochujang mayo

Hoisin Duck

The people's choice. Shredded duck and spring onion dumpling served with a sweet and savoury hoisin and plum sauce 

Miso Mushroom (vegan)

Earthy and full of umami. Shitake mushrooms and button mushrooms with tofu. Dressed in a light miso mayo (vegan)

Siu Mai

Steamed open top pork and prawn dumpling. Every 'Dim Sum' go-er's staple order. Simply dressed in a light sweet soy sauce.

Coriander Chicken

Thai inspired chicken dumpling with a hint of chilli and a coriander undertone served with a lime sriracha drizzle

Wontons

Boiled pork and prawn dumpling. Served in a rich, warming spicy sesame crispy chilli sauce or light chicken broth


Cantonese roast meats

Siu Yuk

Cantonese crispy belly pork. Signature crunchy crackling and juicy seasoned pork. Best and traditionally served at room temperature (to keep it nice and crispy) with seasoned soy

Char Siu

Sweet and sticky. The characteristic red roast pork. Served warm with charsiu soy

Double Meats

Fancy the sound of both? Then why not get both the Siu Yuk and Char Siu together!


Noodles & Specials

Salt and Pepper Noodles

Dry fried salt and pepper wheat noodles with peppers, onions and beansprouts. Salt and pepper seasoning and garlic. Need we say more?

HK Fried Rice (Vegan if no egg)

HK style egg (tofu if vegan) fried rice with peas, sweetcorn and spring onion. Savoury and moreish

Wonton Noodles (Soup or Dry)

Wontons, egg noodles and veg served in a lovely light but flavourful chicken broth or served without broth "Lo Mein 撈麵" (egg noodles tossed in a light soy dressing) style. 

Black Pepper Belly Pork Noodles (Special)

Not a chilli spice but a warming black pepper spice, stir fried with peppers, onions and belly pork

Our menu regularly changes for different events so this might not be the full menu for the event you're attending. All allergen information available on request
